Frontier's highly skilled design teams have extensive industrial design and production experience with metallic or non-metallic lightweight materials.  The vast experience of Frontier's engineers with various fabrication techniques and production processes are critical in enabling final products to be produced cheaper and quicker.  Frontier's processing and testing capability ensure that the cycle of design, simulation, prototyping and validation can be completed within a short amount of time to meet the customer's demand.

Frontier utilizes the state-of-the-art three-dimension computer-aid design (CAD) throughout the entire engineering process from conceptual design and layout of products.  Frontier also applies its strength in dynamic intrinsic and extrinsic finite element analysis (FEA) computer simulations to assist the design process.  Frontier uses in-house machining capability or external subcontractors to fabricate the actual prototypes based upon the design drawings.  Subsequently the prototypes are subjected to test by Frontier's engineers in accordance with the customer's specification or requirements to validate the design concept.   Frontier's design teams have hands-on experience with materials, design, simulation, prototyping, testing and production techniques and can quickly and reliably deliver products that meet performance, quality, reliability, and cost goals.
