Due to their lower cost, reactor resins have been extensively used in film and sheet extrusion. Without modifications, these reactor resins have limited uses in other applications due to their performance limitations. However, the performance of the reactor resins can be modified through the compounding process. By combining the reactor resins with other plastic resins, additives, and reinforcements, the plastic resin can be tailored to meet the specific needs of a particular application.   • Output rate: 500 to more than 2000 lbs/hr
  • Equipped with up to 7 feeders for various resins and additives
  • Adjustable side feeder that can be positioned in any zone downstream
  • Equipped with two 3000 lbs capacity dryers with independent control 
  • Multiple die plates with varying die hole quantities for different output rates
  • Capable of liquid injection and possesses a melt pump

27 MM Compounding Line

  • Wear-resistant barrels and screw elements for compounding glass fibers and minerals
  • Output rate: 50 to more than 250 lbs/hr
  • Equipped with up to 4 feeders for various resins and additives
  • Adjustable side feeder that can be positioned in any zone downstream
  • Equipped with a 1000 lbs dryer with autoloading and another 300 lbs dryer. 
  • Multiple die plates with varying die hole quantities for different output rates
