A 60 mm twin screw compounding line with output rates in the range of 500 to 2000 lbs/hr. The compounding line also features two 3000 lbs dryers with independent control
A three-layer sheet co-extrusion line with the the ability to extrude sheets up to 48" in width, and a rate of up to 60 ft/min
A MDO stretching line with film width up to 45" wide and up to a 90 ft/min inlet speed

We have extensive plastic material development experience and can provide highly innovative technical skills to support our customers through resin formulation development to meet specific needs, compounding process development and end-use process optimization.

In addition to conventional compounded materials, FPP can help our customer with specific application needs, including:
